Crystel Lee Yen Ru graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2010 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 20th October 2012 following her pupillage at Messrs. Shariff & Thomas under the mentorship of Puan Rozen Bee Shariff. After completing her pupillage, she served as a legal assistant at Messrs. Shariff & Thomas for two years before joining Messrs. Hafarizam Wan & Aisha Mubarak in 2014.

In April 2015, Crystel continued her legal practice at Messrs. YC Pang, Chong & Gordon and was appointed as a Partner of the Firm on 8th November 2016. She subsequently joined Messrs. Loh Poh Seng & Co. as a partner in 2018.

Crystel has extensive experience in conveyancing matters, including advising, negotiating, and drafting documents for property sale and purchase transactions with and without title. She has supervised numerous housing and commercial development projects and provided legal counsel on loan transactions for developers, individuals, and companies in the housing and industrial sectors.

Additionally, Crystel has significant expertise in drafting leases and tenancies for residential, mining, shipping complexes, and office blocks. Her legal practice also encompasses banking litigation, specializing in debt recovery and insolvency matters, as well as matrimonial and estate planning, including the drafting of wills, estate distribution, letter of administration, grant of probate in the High Court, and ancillary orders.

Crystel has also obtained qualifications in Islamic Finance and Banking through IBFIM, enhancing her proficiency in this specialized area of law.

Amy Tan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law (Honours) from the University of Sheffield, graduating in 2006. Following this, she completed the Bar Vocational Course (BVC) at the Inns of Court School of Law, City University in London, and was admitted to the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn in 2007.

Amy commenced her legal career in 2009 when she was called to the bar, starting with litigation and subsequently transitioned to corporate law.

Amy's proficiency lies in managing diverse corporate exercises, guiding listed companies through foreign and local stock exchanges in various transactions including listings, rights issues, private placements, and acquisitions. Beyond transactional support, she offers strategic legal counsel to management teams and boards of directors, ensuring the legality and commercial viability of decisions while mitigating future risks.

Acting as a trusted advisor to retainer clients, Amy handles day-to-day legal matters, effectively serving as an in-house counsel. She collaborates with company decision-makers, devising policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Amy's expertise extends to both domestic and cross-border transactions, encompassing acquisitions, joint ventures, and foreign investments, with a notable portfolio in facilitating business ventures in Malaysia and overseas. Notably, she played a pivotal role in advising on power plant purchases in Indonesia, demonstrating her proficiency in negotiating complex legal and commercial aspects of transactions.

In addition to her legal acumen, Amy brings a creative approach to problem-solving, providing innovative solutions tailored to her clients' unique needs. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Malay, she navigates seamlessly across diverse cultural and linguistic landscapes, enhancing her ability to serve a global clientele effectively.
